MANAGEMENT MECHANISMS FOR IMPROVING STUDENTS' LEARNING OUTCOMES

This article analyzes modern management mechanisms for improving students’ learning outcomes in general secondary education schools from a scientific and pedagogical perspective. It examines educational quality monitoring, internal assessment systems, data-driven decision making, learning analytics, teachers’ professional development, and the impact of digital technologies on students’ academic achievement. Based on the scientific views of both international and national scholars, the study explores the relationship between educational quality and school management while identifying existing challenges in educational practice. The findings substantiate effective management mechanisms aimed at improving students’ learning outcomes and provide practical recommendations for enhancing educational quality monitoring, implementing evidence-based management decisions, utilizing digital monitoring tools, and strengthening methodological support for pedagogical activities.
