The results represent the fold-change of the expression in the target conditions (T) versus the control conditions (C). (glu), (ara) and (A3) indicate the presence of 0.1% of glucose, arabinose or arabinotriose, respectively. Primers ARA638 and ARA639 were used for yurJ and primers ARA640 and ARA641 for msmX.
