State Election 2010: Western Metropolitan Region results summary

A recheck is a normal procedure undertaken by an election manager. After the first count of preferences all ballot papers are re-examined and counted again. Scrutineers are entitled to be present and should be aware of any corrected figures. This term should not be confused with the term recount. For an Upper House Region rechecks are conducted on all first preferences cast for each group above the line and the total first preferences cast for candidates within the group below the line. The data is presented by District and further broken down by Voting Centre or vote type

复核（recheck）是选举管理人员实施的常规流程。在完成首轮偏好计数后，需对所有选票进行重新核查与二次计数。选举监票人有权到场监督，并需知悉所有修正后的统计数据。请勿将该术语与重新计票（recount）混淆。针对上议院选区，复核工作将覆盖两类统计对象：一是各线上投票组的全部首轮偏好选票，二是线下投票组内候选人获得的全部首轮偏好票数。本数据按选区（District）分类呈现，并可进一步按投票中心（Voting Centre）或投票类型进行细分。
