Supplementary Data for:Constraining 2010-2020 Amazonian carbon flux estimates with satellite solar-induced fluorescence (SIF)

This dataset accompanies the publication "Modeling hourly vegetation carbon fluxes over the Amazon from 2010–2020 using ground-based observations and contiguous solar-induced fluorescence". It includes prior and posterior fluxes for the March 2016 case study; surface sensitivities (as footprints) and background mixing ratios used in simulated vertical profile calculations; and seasonal averaged modeled fluxes from 2010-2020.
