HmmUFOtu DB (ggRDP18 full length)

A reference database for HmmUFOtu by Sangsoo Kim. The original database pre-built with GreenGene Database was augmented with RDP 18 trainingset sequences. The sequences in this database are of full length 16S rRNA. For V3-V4 regions only, there is another Zenodo entry. For details, see our github. The main file, "ggRDP18_GTR.ptu" is 26GB big, and its upload failed with "Bad gateway". As an alternative, "hmmufotu-build.bash" script is uploaded. It can be used to build the database using the files in this fold.
