"This simulator models the temporal evolution of semantic publishing adoption across a growing scientific corpus, faithfully representing the three-tier knowledge enrichment framework described in the source paper: entity annotation (e.g., Reflect, UK PubMed Central), RDF triple extraction (e.g., FEBS SDAs, Coraal), and discourse\/argumentation modeling (e.g., SWAN, SALT, HypER). It reproduces key phenomena including logistic researcher adoption curves, the progressive delay in tool activation from entities to triples to claims, the claim-network edge growth analogous to the SWAN Alzheimer hypothesis network, and the fairytale-parallel distribution of experimental episodes per paper (mean 3\u20135, std ~0.8). Across six scenarios ranging from entity-only baselines to full semantic stacks and SWAN-style specialized networks, the simulator generates synthetic datasets and ten publication-quality figures showing coverage, discourse depth, persuasion scores, and network growth. Researchers, students, and science communication engineers can use this simulator to evaluate adoption strategies, compare annotation layer trade-offs, and explore how combining entity, triple, and argumentational enrichment improves machine-readable scientific knowledge."
