IS5 Element Characterization Across Pseudomonas syringae Strains

Supplemental information for our manuscript concerning IS element distributions and IS5 element characterization across Pseudomonas syringae. This folder contains 3 files:<br>1) an excel spreadsheet documenting IS5 locations in three complete P. syringae pv. lachrymans genomes. One sheet lists all of the IS5 elements that match by BlastP and the other sheet contains a rosetta stone whereby synteny of all IS5 elements across these three genomes was compared by hand2) a genbank flat file (.gff) for the assembly of strain DBL328. This is a kanamycin resistant isolate of <i>P. syringae </i>pv. lachrymans 107 (MAFF301305) in which an IS5 element hopped in front of the <i>npt</i> gene thereby enabling expression and kanamycin resistance in this strain3) a .tsv file of the results of ISfinder characterization across all P. syringae complete genomes vetted as part of this manuscript
