Spatiotemporal dynamics of entomopathogenic fungal infections in lowland tropical rainforest

We investigated the spatiotemporal dynamics of arthropods infected by EPF in a tropical primary rainforest in Malaysian Borneo, focusing on two host groups, Hymenoptera and non-Hymenoptera. The files include a raw dataset in .CSV format and R code in .R format.本研究在马来西亚婆罗洲的热带原始雨林中，针对被虫生真菌（Entomopathogenic Fungi，EPF）侵染的节肢动物的时空动态展开了调查，重点关注膜翅目（Hymenoptera）与非膜翅目两类寄主类群。本次公开的文件包含CSV格式的原始数据集以及.R格式的R代码文件。
