Hormone peptide data

The data set including 5729 hormone peptide, 40 peptide drugs and 256 marketed preparations of these drugs. Each item has detailed notes, containing basic information, sequence, structure, activity, physics, and literature. We also added IC50, EC50, ED50 and information about whether to cross the blood-brain barrier into the activity information annotation.本数据集包含5729种激素肽、40种肽类药物，以及对应上述药物的256种上市制剂。每条数据均附带详细注释，涵盖基础信息、序列、结构、活性、理化性质及相关文献。我们还将IC50、EC50、ED50数值与是否可穿过血脑屏障的相关信息纳入活性信息注释内容中。
