Transcriptome of primary hepatocytes from female and male C57BL/6N wild type mice after 0 to 96 hours of culture. This study aimed to deliver fundamental information on sex differences in primary mouse hepatocytes in vitro. DNA-microarrays were hybridized with individual hepatocyte samples from 5 male and 5 female mice after 0, 24, 48, 72 and 96 h of culture. In total 50 DNA-microarrays were hybridized.
