Comparison of Macrophages from lungs 24hrs post-injection with B16-F10 Melanoma Cells expressing the Fluoresence Protein ZsGreen. ZsGreen+ and ZsGreen- macrophages were sorted and transcriptome compared. Samples are Metastasis Associated Macrophages sorted based on the following surface phenotype. Live, CD45+, CD3-, CD90.2-, CD19-, B220-, Ly6g-, NK1.1-, Siglec F-, CD11c+, MHCII+, CD24-, and either ZsGreen+ or ZsGreen- as an index of tumor ingestion. 4 samples per condition.
