Transcriptional differences in nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell lines induced to reactivate EBV lysis

We report transcriptional differences in the nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line NPC43 following induction of EBV lysis and reactivation NPC43 cells (2.5*106 cells/well) were suspended in 1640 complete medium containing 10% fetal bovine serum and 1% penicillin/streptomycin, cultured at 37°C, 5% CO2, and seeded in each well of a 6-well culture plate (BiolandTM, CCP06-006). The pcDNA3.1-BZLF1(+) and empty vector pcDNA3.1 plasmid were transfected into NPC43 cells, respectively, and cultured for 48 h. It was verified that BZLF1 had been successfully induced to be expressed by RT-qPCR and Western Blot. The extracted RNA was used for library preparation, RNA sequencing and preliminary analysis.
