Bending phenomenen is a very common in rose production, which has brought great losses to production. We have compared the difference between nomal and bending peduncles by ranscriptome analysis. We have screened some differentially expressed genes involved in auxin and cytokinin response, and preliminarily concluded that plant hormones, including cytokinins and auxins, playing an important role in regulating the bending growth.
