Characteristics of the IgAN cohort in this study.

Data are presented as mean ± SEM or median (inter-quartile range [IQR]) for continuous variables and proportions for categorical variables. N1: the whole cohort; N2: the subgroup with follow-up; N3: the subgroup without follow-up data.连续变量以均值±标准误（mean ± SEM）或中位数（四分位数间距[IQR]）表示，分类变量以构成比表示。其中：收缩压（Systolic blood pressure, SBP）、舒张压（Diastolic blood pressure, DBP）、平均动脉压（Mean arterial blood pressure, MAP）、尿蛋白（Urinary protein, UP）、血浆肌酐（Plasma creatinine, PCr）、总胆固醇（Total cholesterol, TC）、甘油三酯（Triglyceride, TG）、尿调蛋白（Urinary uromodulin, UUMOD）、时间平均动脉压（Time-average blood pressure, TA-MAP）、时间平均蛋白尿（Time-average proteinuria, TA-proteinuria）、终末期肾病（End stage kidney disease, ESKD）、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂（Angiotensin I Converting Enzyme Inhibitor, ACEi）、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂（Angiotensin receptor blocker, ARB）、环磷酰胺（Cyclophosphamide, CTX）。100%的随访患者（N=185）接受了ACEi和/或ARB治疗；42%的患者接受了糖皮质激素和/或CTX治疗。估算肾小球滤过率（estimated glomerular filtration rate, eGFR）采用慢性肾脏病流行病学合作组（CKD-EPI）公式计算[15]。eGFR下降速率通过对每位患者的计算eGFR值进行线性回归分析，采用最小二乘原理拟合直线得到[13]。N1为全部队列；N2为具备随访数据的亚组；N3为无随访数据的亚组。
