资源简介:

Measurements of CFC-11 (CCl3F), CFC-12 (CCl2F2), HCFC-22 (CHClF2), H-1301 (CBrF3), and H-1211 (CBrClF2) were made from flask samples collected for the NOAA/CMDL at climate monitoring stations at Barrow, Alaska; Mauna Loa, Hawaii; Cape Matatula, American Samoa; and South Pole (Antarctica) and cooperative sites at Niwot Ridge, Colorado; Alert, N.W.T., Canada; and Cape Grim, Tasmania. Data collection of CFC-11 and CFC-12 began in 1977 at the four NOAA/CMDL stations and Niwot Ridge. Collection at Alert began in 1981 and in 1991 at Cape Grim. All flask samples were analyzed at the NOAA/CMDL laboratories in Boulder, CO. HCFC-22 were collected beginning in November 1991 through December 1992 at Barrow, Mauna Loa, and Samoa. Samples from South Pole were only taken during austral summer. H-1301 and H-1211 were collected from mid-1989 through early 1992 every 1-2 months at Barrow, Mauna Loa, Somoa, and Niwot Ridge. Samples were collected at South Pole only during austral summer. In 1991, collection of halocarbons was begun at Cape Grim and Alert. All of the CFC-11 and CFC-12 data are expressed as monthly mixing ratios in parts per trillion by volume (pptv). The HCFC-22, H-1301, and H-1211 data are expressed as decimal year mixing ratios in pptv. The data are tabulated by station: Alert, Northwest territories, Canada (1988-1992) Barrow, Alaska (1977-1992 for CFC-11 and -12; 1991-92 for HCFC-22; 1989-1992 for H-1301 and H-1211) Cape Grim, Tasmania (1991-1992) Mauna Loa (Hawaii) (1977-1992 for CFC-11 and -12; 1991-1992 (HCFC-22); 1989-1992 for H-1301 and H-1211) Niwot Ridge, Colorado (1977-1992 for CFC-11 and -12; 1991-1992 for HCFC-22; 1989-1991 for H-1301 and H-1211) Samoa, Cape Matatula (1977-1992 for CFC-11 and -12; 1991-1992 for HCFC-22; 1989-1992 for H-1301 and H-1211) South Pole, Antarctica (1977-1992 for CFC-11 and -12; 1991-1992 for HCFC-22; 1989-1992 for H-1301 and H-1211) Please use the following dataset citation: Elkins, J.W., T.M. The FTP address is CDIAC.ESD.ORNL.GOV and 128.219.24.36 and input your email address as the password. The data bases are arranged as subdirectories in /pub/trends93/trace that correspond to major chapter headings in TRENDS. The data files are arranged as xxxx.yyy where xxxx is the name of the station, country, site, region, or principle investigator and yyy is the page number in TRENDS '93 (example: maunaloa.19 refers to the Mauna Loa CO2 dataset tabulated on page 19 of TRENDS '93).
