AC_Chamber_3-4_Soil_temperature_0.05m

Soil temperature is measured in 5, 10 and 15 cm adjacent to chamber 3 and 4 in a continous fen. The soil temperature sensors were installed in 2007 and record the temperature every fifth minute during the growing season, while methane fluxes are measured at the Automatic Chamber station. During winter when no fluxes are measured at the site the soil temperature is measured every hour. Blank cells are missing data.

本数据集针对一处连续泥炭沼泽内3号与4号观测气室周边的土壤温度开展监测，监测深度分别为5 cm、10 cm及15 cm。土壤温度传感器于2007年布设完成，在生长季内每5分钟记录一次温度数据；甲烷通量则在自动气室监测站（Automatic Chamber Station）进行测定。冬季期间，该站点无通量监测作业，此时土壤温度改为每小时测量一次。数据中的空白单元格代表缺失数据。
