Data for: Defining a Humanitarian Shelter and Settlements Research Agenda

This dataset includes responses from a Delphi panel conducted with humanitarian shelter and settlement practitioners which sought to identity and rank of the importance of research needs. Included are the individual needs identified following an open-ended first round, the scale of importance used to code survey responses, and the second and third rounds of panelist responses. Thirty-five respondents were invited to participate in the study, twenty-two completed the first round, sixteen completed the second round and fourteen completed the third round of the Delphi panel.

本数据集收录了面向人道主义住房与安置从业者开展的德尔菲专家小组（Delphi panel）调研所得的回复，该调研旨在明确并排序研究需求的重要性层级。本数据集涵盖首轮开放式调研后明确的单项研究需求、用于编码问卷回复的重要性评分量表，以及专家小组第二轮与第三轮的回复内容。本次调研共邀请35名受访者参与，其中22人完成了德尔菲专家小组的首轮调研，16人完成第二轮，14人完成第三轮调研。
