Hypoxia could increase the mortality of tilapia under Streptococcus agalactiae (S. agalactiae) infection. However, the underlying mechanism of increased susceptibility of tilapia to S. agalactiae caused by hypoxia remains unknown. In this project, tilapia was co-exposured with hypoxia and S. agalactiae, then the tilapia liver were sampled to conduct transcriptome analysis.
