This study mainly focuses on insect -plant interaction. In this quest whole body transcriptome of S. frugiperda is used to predict the insilco secretome. Few effector candidates from the predicted secretome have been reported after conducting the insect -plant infestation experiment. The secretome predicted will serve as a repertoire for the identification of potential effector candidates for future studies.本研究主要聚焦于昆虫-植物互作领域。本研究以草地贪夜蛾（S. frugiperda）的全身转录组为材料，通过计算机模拟（in silico）手段预测其分泌组。经开展昆虫-植物侵染实验后，从该预测分泌组中筛选得到的少量效应候选蛋白已被相关报道。本次预测得到的分泌组将作为资源库，用于后续潜在效应候选蛋白的鉴定研究。
