Time to kill estimated by the IC50 values of compounds 1, 2, 6 and 7 over 72 hours.

The IC50 values for each compound were determined at 29, 48 and 72 hours following the addition of compound by a Presto Blue-based assay, over 2 experiments. The IC50 was also determined for the Alamar Blue-based HTS assay format. The positive control was puromycin and the reference compounds were puromycin and pentamidine.1Compound numbers refer to those outlined in Figure 5.本研究通过两次独立实验，采用基于Presto Blue的检测方法，在每种化合物加药后的29、48、72小时测定了其半数抑制浓度（IC50）值。同时，也通过基于Alamar Blue的高通量筛选（High-Throughput Screening, HTS）检测体系完成了IC50值的测定。本实验的阳性对照为嘌呤霉素，参比化合物为嘌呤霉素与喷他脒。化合物编号对应图5中所列的内容。
