### Announcements published in BOAMP (Official Bulletin of Public Procurement Announcements) BOAMP publishes notices of public invitation to tender and adapted procedure contracts (MAPA) below €90 000 excluding VAT and notices of the outcome of contracts awarded by the State, local authorities and their public establishments. It also publishes public-private partnership contracts, public service delegations and defence or security contracts. **IMPORTANT NOTE:** **On 31 January 2024, European public procurement rules require the use of new European eForms. If you are a user of the BOAMP open data disseminated by the Directorate for Legal and Administrative Information (DILA), we inform you that the change in format of the notices originally scheduled for the end of September is postponed to mid-October 2023.** **In addition, the current release of files will be replaced by the filing of run-of-the-river notifications/unit flows and the structure will be modified (year/month/day file).** **The new XSD schema is already available via this [link](https://echanges.dila.gouv.fr/OPENDATA/BOAMP/Schemas/jo_boamp_opendata_v3.2.5.1.zip), to note a new version reference: v3.2.5 is replaced by v3.2.5.1. The information flow consists of: - an xml file for metadata relating to published notices; - each ad in HTML format. Four versions of the xsd data scheme exist: - V240 for announcements from January 2022; - V230 for announcements from 1 March 2015 to the end of December 2021; - V110 for non-MAPA 2006 and 2007 ads and for all ads from 2008 to the end of February 2015; - V010 for MAPA 2006 and 2007 announcements.
