Ralstonia pickettii UK bacteraemia cases 2023

Whole genome sequence data of Ralstonia pickettii isolates generated at the Opportunistic Pathogens Laboratory in the Antimicrobial Resistance and Healthcare Associated Infections (AMRHAI) Reference Unit of the UK Health Securty Agency. These isolates were whole genome sequenced as part of an investigation into a cluster of bacteraemia cases starting in 2023.
