Proximity ligation assay of ASRGL1 and TDP-43 in brain samples of ALS patients and controls

PLA was performed in brain samples of ALS individuals (n=3) and normal controls (n=3) with TDP-43 and ASRGL1 antibodies. Negative controls were performed on a normal control brain since the expression of ASRGL1 is higher in normal controls本研究以Tar DNA结合蛋白43（TDP-43）与天冬酰胺酶样1（Asparaginase-like 1, ASRGL1）抗体为探针，对3例肌萎缩侧索硬化症（Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, ALS）患者及3例正常对照者的脑组织样本进行了原位邻近连接实验（Proximity Ligation Assay, PLA）。鉴于ASRGL1在正常对照脑组织中的表达水平更高，故选取1例正常对照脑组织样本开展阴性对照实验。
