Double anonymous peer review repository for: "Genomic predictions of climate change vulnerability in the emblematic mountain butterfly Parnassius apollo"

This repository is associated with the ongoing study titled: "Genomic predictions of climate change vulnerability in the emblematic mountain butterfly Parnassius apollo". The repository contains the raw Variant Call Format (VCF) file containing genomic data from the Apollo (Parnassius apollo) as well as the script used to performed the analyses. DATASET DESCRIPTION: The dataset includes 504,498 SNPs across 321 individuals sampled across French mountains during four flight seasons: 2018, 2021-2023. An overview of the sample identifiers and population assignments for the 321 butterflies collected across 101 localities is provided in the Supplementary File, together with the corresponding geographical coordinates and elevation metadata. Genomic data were generated using the double-digest restriction-site associated DNA sequencing method with sequencing reads mapped to the Parnassisus apollo CAJQZP01 reference genome (Podsiadlowski et al. 2021; see more information on data acquisition in the Materials and Methods section of the associated manuscript).
