Dataset for "Ultrafast transition from coherent to incoherent polariton nonlinearities in a hybrid 1L-WS2/plasmon structure"

This dataset contains data underlying the publication "Ultrafast transition from coherent to incoherent polariton nonlinearities in a hybrid 1L-WS2/plasmon structure". The data is grouped by figures 1-4. Figure 1: Angle-dependent reflectivity (experimental and FDTD), WS2 photoluminescence spectrum, SPP reflectivity for 3°, WS2 2DES map for 50 fs Figure 2: Pump-probe maps and linear sample reflectivity (polarization along the slits (SPP off) and perpendicular (SPP on)) Figure 3: 2DES dataset for 3°, dynamics of peaks 1-5 marked in Fig. 3a, 2DES Maps for 0 fs, 24 fs, 54 fs and 93 fs Figure 4: Simulated 2DES maps for 0 fs and 100 fs for Pauli blocking (PB) and excitation-induced dephasing (EID) nonlinearity, simulated absorption spectrum, population dynamics in eigenbasis and exciton-plasmon (XP) basis本数据集包含发表论文《混合单层二硫化钨/等离激元结构中从相干到非相干极化激元非线性的超快转变》（原英文标题：Ultrafast transition from coherent to incoherent polariton nonlinearities in a hybrid 1L-WS₂/plasmon structure）的支撑实验数据。所有数据按图1至图4进行分组： 图1：角度依赖性反射率（实验数据与时域有限差分（FDTD）仿真结果）、单层二硫化钨（1L-WS₂）光致发光光谱、3°下的表面等离激元（SPP）反射率、50 fs时刻的1L-WS₂二维电子光谱（2DES）图谱； 图2：泵浦-探测图谱与样品线性反射率曲线（分别对应沿狭缝偏振（表面等离激元SPP关闭）与垂直狭缝偏振（SPP开启）两种配置）； 图3：3°下的二维电子光谱（2DES）数据集、图3a中标注的峰1至峰5的动力学曲线、0 fs、24 fs、54 fs与93 fs时刻的2DES图谱； 图4：泡利阻塞（Pauli blocking, PB）与激发诱导退相（excitation-induced dephasing, EID）非线性机制下，0 fs与100 fs时刻的仿真2DES图谱、仿真吸收光谱、本征态表象与激子-等离激元（XP, exciton-plasmon）表象下的布居动力学。
