TCR beta repertoires in naive CD4+ T cell subsets in identical twin donor samples

TCR repertoire datasets for sorted naive CD4+ T cell subsets. <br>Includes metadata and preprocessed clonesets for sorted naive CD4+ T cell subsets: naive Treg, CD31+-enriched (recent thymic emigrates, RTE subset), CD31- naive subset (non-RTE subset, mature naive CD4+ T cells). Naive T cell subsets were sorted from 5 pairs of identical twins, all 28-35 years old males; and two more healthy donors (not twins).Each sample is presented in txt file: TCR beta cloneset tab-delimited table, VDJtools software format. <br>Raw sequencing fastq data was processed with using MIGEC v.1.2.9 (threshold 1 UMI for CDR3-containing clonotype), aligned with MiXCR v.2.1.1. In-frame TCR CDR3 repertoires were extracted with VDJtools v. 1.2.1.
针对分选纯化的初始CD4+ T细胞亚群的T细胞受体(TCR)库数据集。 包含上述分选初始CD4+ T细胞亚群的元数据与预处理后的克隆集:初始调节性T细胞(naive Treg)、CD31阳性富集亚群(新近胸腺迁出细胞,即RTE亚群)、CD31阴性初始亚群(非RTE亚群,即成熟初始CD4+ T细胞)。 本数据集的初始T细胞亚群分选自5对年龄为28~35岁的男性同卵双胞胎,以及另外2名非双胞胎健康供者。 每份样本以TXT文件形式存储:采用VDJtools软件格式的TCRβ链克隆集制表符分隔表格。 原始测序FASTQ数据经MIGEC v1.2.9处理(针对包含互补决定区3(complementarity-determining region 3, CDR3)的克隆型设置1个唯一分子标识符(Unique Molecular Identifier, UMI)作为阈值),并通过MiXCR v2.1.1完成序列比对;最终采用VDJtools v1.2.1提取框内可读的TCR CDR3库。
