Whole Genome Analysis of Multi-Drug Resistant Candida auris

In this study, we analyzed a clinical isolate of C. auris that exhibited multidrug resistance in antifungal susceptibility testing. Our objective was to identify mutations in antifungal drug resistance genes and determine the clade of this clinical isolate. This study represents the first report from Turkey investigating MDR C. auris.
