Gene expression profiling of Hucct1 cells with or without TMEM158 silencing

This project aims to explore the genes regulated by TMEM158 in Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma cells cultured under hypoxia. Hucct1 cells with or without TMEM158 silencing were cultured under hypoxia for 36 hours, and the transcription information of Hucct1 cells were measured.本项目旨在探究低氧培养条件下，肝内胆管细胞癌（Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma）细胞中受TMEM158调控的基因。将经TMEM158沉默与未经沉默的Hucct1细胞置于低氧环境中培养36小时，随后对各组细胞的转录信息进行检测。
