San Francisco Superior Court Department 302 Tentative Rulings (01-02-2020 to 07-03-2024)

This contains all tentative rulings from department 302 of the Superior Court of California for the City and County of San Francisco from 01-02-2020 to 07-03-2024. Department 302 handles all general civil law and motion, excluding housing-related matters, and all non-UD discovery matters. Compiled by Amitabho (Amy) Chattopadhyay. The .json file is the original data exported directly from the website. The .xlsx file has had the hearing time and judge for each order extracted and placed into a separate column. Due to issues with the underlying data set, some of the extraction of the judges was done manually, and there may be errors.

本数据集收录2020年1月2日至2024年7月3日期间，加利福尼亚州旧金山市县高等法院302庭的全部暂定裁决。该庭管辖范围涵盖所有普通民事诉讼及动议案件（住房相关案件除外），以及所有非UD（Unlawful Detainer，非法占有房产）类证据开示事务。本数据集由Amitabho (Amy) Chattopadhyay汇编。其中，JSON格式文件为直接从法院官方网站导出的原始数据；XLSX格式文件则额外增设单列，用于标注每份裁决的听证时间与承办法官信息。受底层数据集存在的瑕疵影响，部分法官信息通过手动提取完成，因此可能存在疏漏或误差。
