Temperature-trials-data

Data collected in the laboratory, organized for survival analysis. Columns specify population, larval instar, year of the trial, trial code, days since beginning of the trial (days 1-3 refer to heat treatment period; following days refer to post-treatment), state of each individual (1=dead, 0=censored), temperature and treatment/control groups.

本数据集为实验室采集所得，经规范化整理后用于生存分析研究。各字段依次对应如下信息：种群、幼虫龄期、试验年份、试验编号、试验开始后的天数（其中第1至3天为热处理阶段，其余天数为处理后阶段）、个体生存状态（1表示死亡，0表示删失）、温度以及处理组/对照组分组情况。
