The significance of effects was determined by examining enrichment of gene ontology (GO) terms associated with differentially expressed transcripts (DETs) versus the corresponding GO terms in the whole transcriptome database distribution using a hypogeometric test and a threshold of Benjamini and Hochberg false discovery rate (FDR) corrected at P ≤ 0.05.Biological processe (BP) terms significantly affected by drought treatment in A. mongolicus leaves during 24 to 72 h period.
