Research on the Application of Primary School Mental Health Education Curriculum Based on PM+ (Problem Management Plus)

Faced with the growing psychological pressure among primary and secondary school students, this study integrates the PM+ (Problem Management Plus) psychological intervention with school mental health education, and has developed a set of mental health curricula tailored to primary school students. The curricula are designed to effectively improve primary school students’ mental health, reduce the incidence of psychological problems, and enhance their psychological resilience as well as stress-coping abilities.This dataset includes the courseware of the PM+-Based Mental Health Education Curriculum designed and developed by the research team, as well as the questionnaire data collected before and after the curriculum implementation at a primary school in Shanxi Province in 2024. Specifically, there are 205 entries of pre-test data and 225 entries of post-test data.
