T-SPOT.TB indeterminate results

We conducted a 1:1 matched case-control, retrospective study of patients for whom a T-SPOT.TB test was performed in a tertiary hospital, Peking Union Medical College from Jan 1, 2015 to Apr 30, 2017. The date of test between cases and controls was matched. Demographic data, underlying conditions and medications within 4 weeks prior to T-SPOT.TB assays were obtained from electronic medical records and were summarized in this data set.

本研究为1:1匹配的病例对照回顾性研究，纳入2015年1月1日至2017年4月30日期间于北京协和医院（三级医院）接受结核感染T细胞斑点试验（T-SPOT.TB）的患者作为研究对象。病例组与对照组的检测日期实现了匹配。本数据集从电子病历中提取了受试者的人口学资料、基础疾病状况以及T-SPOT.TB检测前4周内的用药情况，并完成汇总整理。
