The methanol extract of Jujube (Ziziphus jujuba Mill.) fruit was analysed using GC-MS.

This report presents the results of the chemical analysis of the methanol extract obtained from the fruits of the Jujube plant, also known as Ziziphus jujuba Mill., using Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS). GC-MS is a powerful analytical method that enables the separation and identification of chemical components. The purpose of this analysis was to identify and quantify compounds in the methanol extract of Jujube fruits.本报告展示了采用气相色谱-质谱联用法（Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry，GC-MS）对红枣（Ziziphus jujuba Mill.）果实的甲醇提取物进行化学分析的结果。气相色谱-质谱联用法是一种高性能分析技术，可实现化学成分的分离与鉴定。本次分析旨在对红枣果实甲醇提取物中的各类化合物进行定性与定量分析。
