MOFWaste Questionnaire Root Cause Analysis of Food Waste - Raw Dataset

The Museum of Food Waste (MOFWaste) is a citizen science project aimed to engage students in actively monitoring various forms of food waste across six school canteens in two municipalities in northern Portugal (Esposende and Viana do Castelo), alongside the co-creation of recommendations for interventions to address this issue. Students (aged 10 to 15 years old) led the process of data collection, analysis and co-creating recommendations. Teachers and canteen staff were also involved in various phases of the project’s implementation, ranging from logistics to data collection, while municipalities and other relevant stakeholders participated in the co-organisation of events and the broader dissemination of the project.食物浪费博物馆（Museum of Food Waste，MOFWaste）是一项公民科学项目，旨在吸引学生主动监测葡萄牙北部埃斯波森迪、维亚纳堡两个市政辖区内六所学校食堂的各类食物浪费现象，并共同制定针对该问题的干预措施建议。年龄介于10至15岁的学生主导了数据采集、分析及干预建议共同制定的全流程。教师与食堂工作人员亦参与了项目实施的多个阶段，工作范畴涵盖后勤保障至数据采集等环节；与此同时，两个市政辖区及其他相关利益方则协助筹办活动，并推动项目的广泛传播。
