Chromatin accessibility maps of human primary pancreatic cell types

To obtain comprehensive maps of human pancreatic chromatin states, we performed genome-wide open chromatin and histone modification assays from primary human pancreatic cells. For this study, we purified primary human pancreatic cells from several donors and analyzed the chromatin landscape using ATAC-Seq and ChIP-Seq assays.
