Satellite-Derived Urban PM₂.₅ Exposure in Data-Scarce Regions: A Reproducible City–Year Framework for Atmospheric Assessment

The main satellite-derived exposure panel includes 11 Ugandan cities with complete long-term coverage (2000–2021).
