Genotype Data for Naturalized Rainbow Trout from Lake LLanquihue and Lake Todos Los Santos (Lake District X Region - Chile)

This dataset corresponds to multilocus genotypes for naturalized rainbow trout from Lake Llanquihue and Lake Todos Los Santos (Lake District, Chile) screened for 86 single nucleotide polymorphisms (coded A=1, C=2, G=3, T=4, Missing=0). Each allele (A1 or A2) is found in a separate column (two columns per SNP locus). Metadata for sampling location, Lake, Individual ID, Year, Season (austral winter or spring) are provided.

本数据集涵盖采自智利湖区（Lake District, Chile）兰基胡湖（Lake Llanquihue）与托多斯洛斯桑托斯湖（Lake Todos Los Santos）的归化虹鳟鱼的多位点基因型，所有样本均通过86个单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism，SNP）位点完成分型检测，等位基因编码规则为：A=1、C=2、G=3、T=4，缺失值编码为0。每个SNP位点的两个等位基因（A1与A2）分别独立占列，即每个SNP位点对应两列数据。数据集附带采样相关元数据，包含采样地点、所属湖泊、个体编号（Individual ID）、采样年份及季节（南半球冬季或春季）。
