资源简介:
Most significantly associated variants at 19 QTL. Chromosomal position (UMD3.1) and allelic substitution effect of the alternate allele of the most significantly associated variant at six, thirteen and twelve QTL, respectively, that were detected in BV, FV and HOL cattle. The allelic substitution effects were divided by phenotypic standard deviations. Coloured background indicates variants that were top variants within a 1Â Mb region. Please note that the causal mutation in the DGAT1 gene (Chr14:1,802,266) is presented for the sake of completeness although it was not the most significantly associated variant in any breed.
