Small RNA-seq and RNA-seq of canine pulmonary adenocarcinoma and healthy lung tissues

This project generated small RNA sequencing (small RNA-seq) and whole-transcriptome RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) data from canine pulmonary adenocarcinoma and healthy control lung samples. The dataset includes samples from 5 dogs with pulmonary adenocarcinoma and 6 healthy control dogs. Small RNA-seq was performed to profile small RNAs including miRNAs, and RNA-seq was performed to profile mRNAs and lncRNAs. These data were generated to characterize transcriptomic alterations associated with canine pulmonary adenocarcinoma and to provide a resource for comparative and functional studies.
