DS 01.14 Maize WGA-genotype data (biallelic SNPs 1)

This dataset contains the maize genotype data of linked syntenic variants between the F1 haplotypes. Whole genome alignment (Anchorwave software) will be used to identify syntenic loci between all F1 haplotypes.本数据集包含F1单倍型之间连锁同线变异的玉米基因型数据。将借助Anchorwave软件开展全基因组比对，以鉴定所有F1单倍型间的同线基因座。
