The data used CD8+T cells from C57 mouse spleen. After being activated by CD3/28, they were treated with 10mM lactic acid and 1mM lithium carbonate for 24 hours respectively. The cells were fixed, and protein and gene location information were stabilized after cross-linking. Chip seq was used to analyze the histone gene sites modified by pan Kla. They are divided into the following four groups:; 1. The control group (CTR) was solvent control; 2. The lactic acid treatment group (10LA) was treated with 10mM lactic acid for 24 hours; 3. The lithium carbonate treatment group (LA) was treated with 1mM lithium carbonate for 24 hours; 4. The lactic acid/lithium carbonate group (10LALC) was treated with 10mM lactic acid and 1mM lithium carbonate for 24 hours.
