The Msi1-mTOR pathway drives the pathogenesis of Paget's disease

We report the single cell transcriptomes of normal and Extramammary Paget Disease (EMPD) human scrotal skin epidermal cells; as well as the single cell transcriptomes of normal and Krt14-rtTA;TRE-Msi1 double transgenic (DTG) mouse dorsal skin epidermal cells. Examination of epidermal cell heteregeneity in human EMPD and a mouse model for Paget disease. Characterization of Paget cells in human EMPD and Paget-like cells in DTG mice.
