Data: Urbanisation increases innate immune functions in adult, but not nestling Eurasian Blackbirds Turdus merula

Data of four innate immune defences (haptoglobin, antimicrobial activity, haemolysis and haemagglutination in nestling and adult Eurasian Blackbirds collected in the Netherlands in 2021 and 2022.
