Floreste et al. (2022) - Time course of splenic cytokines - raw data

This is the raw data set used in the analysis from the manuscript "Time course of splenic cytokine mRNA and hormones during an LPS-induced inflammation in toads" by Felipe Floreste et al., published through DOI: https://doi.org/10.1093/icb/icac013 This table contains values of splenic cytokines mRNA levels of Rhinella diptycha toads injected with LPS or saline and individually sampled 1h, 3h, 6h and 18h post-injection. Values are expressed as fold-change (FC) relative to the gene expression of housekeeping gene β-actin.
