YUV color moments input dataset for coverages

Each column represents a vector of nine elements, which was obtained when calculating the moments of color to the images of the database in the YUV color space, for a multiclass classifier本数据集的每一列均为九元素向量，该向量是为多分类分类器任务，在YUV颜色空间下对数据库内的图像进行颜色矩（color moments）计算时所得。
