In THZ-treated Pinellia leaves, plant-pathogen interaction, signal transduction by plant hormones, the MAPK signalling pathway-plant pathway, and some metabolites of the valine, leucine, and isoleucine degradation pathways were significantly altered. Our findings demonstrated a link between THZ and several metabolic pathway processes, which will enhance our understanding of P. ternate's mechanisms.
