In this project we aimed to analyze the effects of the slmyb3r3 knockout on the tomato fruits development. To achieve this goal, we developed a slmyb3r3 knockout lines using the CRISPR/Cas9 system and extracted the differentially expressed genes between the wild type and slmyb3r3 knockout fruits.
