Geoscience Australia - Surface Hydrology - Basins 2012

This dataset presents locations of surface hydrological basins in Australia. The basins and catchments datasets are part of the National Catchment Boundaries dataset which was developed by Australian National University (ANU) using the 9 second Digital Elevation Model and streams from GEODATA 1:250k data produced by Geoscience Australia. It represents the drainage areas from a pre-European landscape.
