Simulated Data for Benchmark

To facilitate reuse and reproducibility, we provide all 499 simulated datasets generated in this study together with their ground-truth annotations. For each simulation, we release (i) the cell–clone assignment table, (ii) the corresponding clonal tree, (iii) the simulated scRNA-seq count matrix used as input to RNA-based benchmarks, and (iv) the CNV-by-cell matrices inferred by inferCNV from these counts.
